During times of trauma, big energy moves through our body, we tremble, shake, scream, cry, rock, wave our arms in the air. Those reactions are important for releasing
this energy.
But often at the same time, we try to stop the tremble, shake, crying, screaming to avoid embarrassment. Or people tell us to hush. Or some well meaning
person comes to comfort us and hugs us to stop the tremble. That hug though well meaning, stops the expression of emotion, and it gets locked inside of us. Then a build up of unexpressed emotion begins situation after situation. Never released. Festering and operating as a strong heavy low vibration energy within.
We need to release this unexpressed emotion along with the beliefs, patterns, behaviors, concepts of reality and survival strategies created around them in order
to create effective long lasting change in our lives.
