The Moon transits Pisces today (Saturday) and while this energy often stirs up strong intuition, vivid dreams, great insight and a leaning towards spiritual practice
I want to talk about the shadow side of this transit because today those aspects may be more prevalent in your life and or the lives of those you love.

We have all been in isolation longer then expected. While some are still able to access their drive through Starbucks and take a walk in the park, many, including myself are on strict, enforced restrictions.
It's getting old really fast.

And while many may have had good intentions at the start of this field exercise ie. I am going to work out to video classes, clean my closets, make a new business plan, learn a new skill, write chapters for my
book... much of that has fallen by the wayside. Lethargy is setting in. Not for all, but yes for many.

I was asked to write this post to you because under this moon transit which started yesterday and will lift tomorrow (depending on time zone) you may feel the pull towards escapism, addictive behaviors and
patterns: binge eating, sweets eating, binge drinking, excessive tv/video watching, drugs etc. You may feel down, victimized; discouraged.

If you find yourself starting to head down the path of lower vibration behaviors, patterns and thinking, as soon as you catch yourself,
stop, ground, breathe and turn your focus to something that uplifts you. Do something supportive and uplifting.
