I am Loving all of the comments and interaction happening on our 3rd Eye Whats App Group. Thank you to everyone who is posting and offering assistance.
I have been adding videos every day.
And I have been commenting on many posts so please take a few minutes to scroll through the feed. There is some great inspiration happening and tips as well. I bet you will have an A HA or reading the comments will trigger a realization of something you are experiencing but may have dismissed as not important.
Continue with the tapping and opening the curtain energy exercise.
We are now adding to the protocol.
Place a cup of warm water in a small bowl.
Add in 1 Tbsp of pink Himalayan sea salt. (pink Himalayan is the best for this exercise)
Stir the mixture and wait a bit for the sea salt to dissolve.
It won't dissolve completely and that is okay.
Then take a cotton ball or cotton makeup pad and soak it in the sea salt mixture.
Give the ball or pad a bit of a squeeze to release some of the excess.
And then ever so gently wipe your third eye area with the cotton ball and sea salt water.
Just a few swipes to wipe clean.
Do this at night before bed or in the morning as you getting ready for your day.
One or the other, the choice is yours.
As you are wiping hold the thought and intention that you are cleansing the 3rd eye of any blocks, obstacles, veils, covers, dust etc that might be in the way.
Just as one might put visine in the eyes to clear away eye irritations or allergies, the sea salt water will clear the 3rd eye of anything standing in the way of next level expansion that is READY to go. Beliefs, fears, worries, old decisions to shut it down, energetic curtains etc....
The sea salt is healing, full of minerals; holds cleansing properties.
Again Easy, Simple and EFFECTIVE.
1. Tap and Open the Curtains
2. Cleanse with a warm water sea salt solution once a day morning or night.
