It's the day before Christmas and I've got a plan. In order to rest and reset I will be taking a couple of days off from regular posting and comment making on social media, but immediately following Christmas I will be back at it because we only have a few days until Eclipse Season begins on January 6th. An unusual early start to Eclipse season but *perfect for those who no longer set New Year's Resolutions but want to jump into a New Year with Change and Fresh Starts!

Dec 24th Energy Update: The day before Christmas is typically hectic, full of hustle and bustle for many whether the holiday is celebrated or not. Adding to this mix of holiday rush, Mercury and Neptune are squaring off in the sky which could add in some unexpected delays or difficulties.

Rather then get stressed out how about putting everything you have learned into practice?

Breathe.

Be still.

Connect with the space of neutrality; the zero point.

Walk away and walk into nature.

Drink water.

Move your body.

Meditate.

Listen to peaceful music.

Sleep.
