Ascension Energy Wave Alert---> Happening now (Monday) as old energy, beliefs, memories, anything outdated, limiting etc is being pulled out of our bodies especially from the solar plexus and muscles.


Here is how you may be experiencing this Ascension Wave which for me suddenly appeared about an hour after I woke up this morning. Now that I think about it I was pokey getting out of bed my body wanting more rest, it already had the knowing that something is up and wanted to prepare. I did give it some extra time thank goodness.


Okay first the solar plexus. The energy center chakra and the physical organs around the solar plexus all being affected. Nausea, not wanting to eat, looking for creamy soothing foods, maybe probiotic type foods. What you would normally eat for breakfast, lunch etc... doesn't appeal. Liquids. Liquids are good. The body seems to be asking for warm liquids. Little food to allow this purge to take place. If you eat too much when the body asks for little, the digestion of the food interferes with the energy work taking place. The body has to juggling too many duties.


On the muscle front, our body feels achey like pre flu muscle aches and in fact, what is happening right now could be called Ascension Flu, purging to get better. Or you may experience the kind of muscle ache one might get after an intense workout, gardening, moving, physical activity following a long bout of inactivity.


I am being told that this Ascension Wave of purge should last no longer than 24-36 hours. Everyone will experience it differently, what I am writing in this post are the common experiences.


Listen to your body and give it what it needs even if that means skipping today's workout, making a pot of soup, laying off the Monday morning pancakes.


This Ascension Wave is connected to Jupiter's movement into Scorpio. Jupiter wanting to bless All in some area of our lives and first revealing secrets and obstacles standing in the way. Allowing Truth to surface. Recent global events particularly in the USA bringing much to light and the collective is taking notice.

The collective is awakening and now the body says Thank goodness I can let this heaviness go.


This is wonderful news even if it doesn't feel so great in the moment and a beautiful lead up to the upcoming Ending Separation From the Body Beautiful event happening in 10 days.
