Hello ,
A few years back I was working with a lovely lady, I'll call her Poppy, who was experiencing separation from her body because she felt it was too small. Poppy felt suffocated, trapped, held down
and held back because of her body size. Her feelings created deep anger towards her body and ultimately to God, Source; Universe. She was angry at Source for making her a gigantic magnificent Being of Light and then forcing that Light to be contained inside of a tiny body.
And she is what we would consider small in stature. At that time in her mid 40's, about 4 foot 11, maybe 90 pounds. We would definitely call that tiny or
petite.
She came to me because her anger was taking over her life and directed towards everything and everyone around her including her children, husband, friends; strangers on the street.
She could feel the anger affecting her health.
At times she wanted to leave the planet so she could be Big and Magnificent again.
And she was at a level of conscious awareness where she knew her anger
was not great manifesting energy and that she was doing herself more harm than good.
She wanted peace. Peace with her body. Peace with her petite stature.
Peace with Universe. Peace with life.
And so we worked together turning within to end the separation.
Included among the issues we troubleshooted was finding out what was the purpose of choosing a petite
body?
To gain the learning that a small body need not hinder or diminish her magnificent Light, Spirit and Essence.
We talked to her body to see how it felt about her anger.
Her body was confused. This is what you chose a small body. This is what you wanted for your life experience. Why are you angry at me?
There was some conscious awareness to bring forward, the information that
even though her body is an earthly home for her Light, her Soul Essence, she didn't have to stay small and keep herself contained in the body. She didn't have to wrestle with keeping something so big and giant in a small space. Her Light, her Soul Essence can root in the body and then expand to far reaches and distance all around the body vehicle.
She can be as energy, Spirit, Light and Love as big as she wants in any given moment, expanding,
contracting at her pleasure, while still fully engage with and in the body.
This particular A HA and new awareness shifted everything.
We worked to bring Poppy and her body back into harmony, first as friends and then partners, working to wholeness, ending the separation created by the belief that she as Light had to stay small to be in the body.
And now she roams the earth as this huge ball of Light and
Love in a petite human body enjoying what life has to offer. Full of joy instead of anger. Living with peace and as peace. Shining her Light upon the world.
You see being in separation from the body is much more than just about food, weight, pain; how you look. There are many limiting beliefs and perspectives that create separation from the body.
Since my last newsletter Do you trust the body? Does the body trust you?
The email response has been one of acknowledgement that many don't trust their body and feel their body doesn't trust them.
Issues of safety can also create separation. It's not safe to be in the body because I might be killed. Often a past life influence.
And a sneaky but very present issue is: If I move into harmony with my body, be one with my body then I will be fully functional as Divine living in the body
which means that I have step out and do, accomplish, achieve and what if I fail? And so separation from the body is used as a strategy to avoid failure.
