Flaming Cliffs At Sunset, Gobi
Hello ,
I'm back from my 10 day trek in the Gobi Desert and spending some time in Ulaanbator slowly easing into my day to day.
I say slowly because wow it's been tough getting back into the groove. And then I had
the realization that I am not supposed to get back into the groove, I have a whole new groove to sync up with since Solstice and all that has transpired this year.
My body aches. I have never been so stiff and tight before. Strange aches and pains. My human self wants to attribute these physical symptoms to the 10 days of constant off roading, all the bumping and jiggling around in our vehicle and the very hard beds here in Mongolia.
When I
checked in with my Divine Self I was affirmed that yes all of the above is a contributing factor. I was also given some interesting information that will apply to many of you.
During the lead up to August Eclipse Season our bodies are going to go through some tremendous purging and shift. Aches and pains, dizziness, nausea, ringing in the ears, racing heart, blurry eyes, strange cravings for food, bloating and joint
issues will are a part of it.
Especially for Way Showers, Beacons of Light, Grid Keepers, Walk Ins....
When we make a shift the first releases typically, not always, but typically happen on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Our final release is often from the physical due to the density of the body. When the body finally releases Wow it's like one big Swoosh of letting
go.
The Way Showers, Light Beacons, Grid Workers who have been on a path of awakened Ascension for a while are ready to make a big release from the physical so that there is more space within to receive more Light. To lift up in vibration and be even more of a Light to the collective.
To receive and be more Light we need to make space.
We make
space by letting go.
All the inner work you have been doing is working and the body aches and pains are part of the release. Reflect on how you have felt in the past when you have stretched your body or underwent a strong massage. Sometimes if you are tight it doesn't feel so comfortable. But oh after the stretch or massage you feel great!
Do we have to experience aches and pains in the process of release and filling
up?
No not at all. I will suggest to you that this is a program we have bought into. A program of there has to be struggle and pain to experience joy. Remember during the Solstice Energy Transmission we did a piece on ending this very struggle, so that we can learn from joy rather then from pain?
If you have that clip pull it out and listen again. Remind yourself and your body that no pain no gain is a program, a belief and does not have to
be your reality.
Notice what you body is asking for in support and honour the requests.
My body is asking for juices something I have avoided in the past because it spikes my blood sugar. But as I give it juice my body is stable and fine.
My body wants yoga not Pilates to stretch and open up my energy channels.
My body wants rest; plenty of rest.
And while my
human self says I am in Mongolia for only a short time let's go, go, go I am resting knowing I will see and experience everything I need to while honouring my body.
The picture above was taken at sunset during a sand storm and rain storm at the Flaming Cliffs in Gobi. The land where dinosaurs roamed and a nest of dino eggs was discovered in the 1920's. For me thus far it has been the most spiritual place I have visited in Mongolia.
I could see clearly in vision as I sat on the edge how each of us is being perfectly prepared to receive the maximum amount of light and change from the upcoming Eclipses.
This Eclipse Season is going to be Magnificent.
First there is the Lunar Eclipse on 8/7, Lions Gate on 8/8, and then the Great American Total Eclipse on
8/21.
Equinox balances the energies out in September and a strong Virgo influence will also factor into September energies changing how we are in service to humanity.
I was thinking about all of you during my Gobi Adventure, yes I was, and during a visit to the ancient city of Karakorum and the oldest monastery, with 108 stupas, built in 1586, I was gifted by a Buddhist Monk a small packet of incense. Only one other person in our
group was offered the incense. When I inquired what it was for I was told for Entity Clearing particularly Ancestral Clearing. And I thought of you again!
What I have been inspired to Gift everyone is an Entity Ancestral Clearing to assist in releasing and making more space for Light during the lead up to our Eclipses.
