After working with our Group
Avatar all day yesterday and into the evening I was rousted out of bed this morning at 5:30 am with the drum beat of Primal Release playing in my head. Apparently the energy work of Primal Release was quite intense overnight and it was Urgent that I wake up and consciously work with the group a bit more using these frequencies before moving on today's video.
Primal Release is stirring up alot of "Gunk." After the magnificent Shift of
change we as Group Avatar Experienced it freed up alot of space for deep density to surface. You see as we release and let in more Light and higher vibrations into our mind, body and energy field then all that doesn't not fit, is not a match really stands out.
Have you ever re-decorated a room in your home and then once that room was complete stood back and thought: Oh My the rest of the house is a mess, worn looking,
outdated and realized All rooms need a renovation?
That is what happens when we Release, Rise Up in Vibration, Let More Light In, Be More Light... the Light shows us what doesn't fit, what is worn out, outdated and needs to go. It all becomes very obvious. I KNOW many of you are having this experience.
And that is what we experienced yesterday. So if you felt agitated, frustrated, angry, upset, victim consciousness, like nothing
is working or going your way this is what was happening.
Notice what surfaces. Let's say it is worry, financial woes or fear of being True Self which I see came up for many.
You can do extra inner work by talking to the worry, the fear, the part of you in charge of financial woes and bring those parts in harmony with you.
Or you can ask yourself some questions and shift quickly.
Here's an example:
Let's say you are worrying about money.
Would a Divine Being of Light worry about money? No
Would Love worry about money? No
Since you are Love and a Divine Being if you are living as your True Self
would you be worrying about money? No
So is it your human Self that is worrying about money? Yes
Then connect with your I AM who you discovered you really are underneath the peeling away. ( a group process we did)
Tell your Human Self... Hey I know you are worrying about money but look I AM a Divine Being of Light. I know there is nothing to
worry about and that the worry is actually creating more challenges and money woes. Human Self release the stress of worrying about money and come and rest in my arms, the arms of Love for not only are we Love, Light, Divine we are Abundance we are the Source of Miracles. Just rest in my arms and let's live as Light.
And ask yourself in the midst of the financial situation what would Love do? What would a Divine Being do?
Listen for the whispers of guidance and since you ARE Love, Light, Divine do that.....
I wrote to one in our group yesterday these words: It's time to stop being so Human and Be Divine who you truly are. Sent in love these words are profound.
Does that mean we deny our humanity?
No way!
We came to planet Earth to have a Human
experience. To feel, touch, smell, see, experience all things as Spirit and we need a human body to do all of that.
We LOVE our human Self!
But when we moved into our bodies we forgot the Magnificent Beings of Light that we are.
And now we are remembering, awakening and moving from Knowing we are
spiritual beings to embodying and Living as spirit in the physical.
The more you do this, Be this, the more you align with those high vibrations, You create miracles, magic and the manifestation of what you desire including Abundance.
My personal journey as been one of Self Love. It took a long time for me to move from I hate myself to I'm Okay, to I like myself and then finally to I love
myself.
And even when I made it to I love myself it was a shallow love. But I was committed to the process and every-time I made a leap into deeper Self Love Universe would ask me: Do you want to love yourself even more deeply? I always said Yes and away we went.
Then two years ago Universe told me Self Love is more then pampering myself with massages, resting, having fun and enjoyment, Self Love is knowing that I am LOVE. Thus
started a new and deeper journey to LOVE.
Then I was shown I needed to fill my physical vessel with the LOVE that I am and once that got to the tipping point, start Living as Love.
And this year 2016 has been the year of LIVING as LOVE. It's a process and when I slip out of that vibration and my human Self takes over with a freak out, I am quick to catch it consciously and say: But that is not who I am. I am Love, Light,
Divine. I am the Source of my Miracles. Soothing my human with the Love that I AM.
Where-ever you are in this process it is perfect for You. Why? Because you ARE in process and not spinning your wheels with the collective still in slumber or just waking up full of anger, resentment and confusion.
And I am so proud of You, of each and every one of You, of your commitment and persistence to knowing yourself and living as
your greatness.
