Today Thursday the day before the Eclipse, emotions are building. You may feel unsettled, a sense of unrest not knowing what you want. Are you hot or cold? Hungry or not hungry? And if you are hungry you don't know what you want to eat. You are unsure if you want to be inside or spend time outdoors.

There is a feeling of indifference presenting for many. Uncertainty, foggy brain. So much ick is tumbling forth as the energetics stir up the heaviness within, that which is ready to purge. It may be best for you to lay low, be quiet, rest and release. Some may feel the call to be in nature allowing nature to love you, comfort and help you in the release.

We seek comfort on days like today. Rather then falling into old patterns of using alcohol, food, drugs, shopping, smoking etc... to soothe opt instead for action that soothes in a productive uplifting way. Make yourself some chicken soup, wrap yourself in a comfy blanket, drink water, a warm cup of tea or coco. Engage in gentle exercise like a walk or tai chi rather then an aggressive work out. Listen to beautiful soothing music. Read inspirational material. Meditate. 

Deep childhood issues and pains are surfacing as Chiron works with each of us to unearth, expose and lovingly urge us to face and release. I know you might be thinking...that issue again? But I have cleared that issue. If it is presenting it is not completely released. You are being offered a wonderful gift of seeing that issue, that pain from different perspectives to get a deep core clearing once and for all.
How you respond to the pain, the issue that surfaces today matters much for tomorrow's Lunar Eclipse offers the energetics to bring completion to it once and for all.
