We have come through the peak of the 8-8 Lion's Gate and I must admit that Monday's energy wave took me by surprise. In the past on the exact day of a particular celestial event I typically have not experienced
much other then a lovely day, some intuitive hits and a feeling of being wrapped in the arms of love. I say not much but as I write these words I realize yes it is alot. Most of my huge uploads and downloads, inspirations and a ha moments usually come a few days even up to a week before the peak of a significant cosmic event. But the Lion's Gate energy knocked me off my feet.
I spent most of the day resting. My body wanted lots of protein and at one
point around midday my body went into shock. My body does go into shock from time to time when it experiences a trauma. I have gone into shock during sun stroke, major dental work; after a minor surgery. I can feel the sensations coming on and know to breathe, lie down; put my feet up if possible. As I was standing in the kitchen getting a glass of water I could feel the sensations of shock rising up in my body and quickly moved to the bed. I did not go into fear or panic. On a deep level I
knew that whatever was happening energetically was so intense and unusual that my body perceived it as a threat and was going into shock to protect me. I talked to my body and breathed. Lots of breathes. Stayed calm; in the zero point and within a minute or two the sensation passed and I was able to continue on. The rest of the day I took it easy and allowed for integration of all that I have learned and received over the last weeks since Solstice. The next day I woke up ready to
go.
I share with you this story because I have received many emails from people experiencing great fatigue, emotions rising up, feeling off balance and in general wiped out from the energies. As always rest, ground; water. Give your body what it needs. Perhaps your parts need an update, learning that what they perceive as weird--The New Light-- is not weird or anything to be afraid of, it's just different something we have not experienced before. And of
course if symptoms persist please see a healthcare professional. Ascension symptoms need assistance too.
In addition we are having healing dreams. Lots happening during our sleep state so please get as much sleep and rest as possible. You may be waking up knowing that healing has taken place and even if you don't trust me we are All being worked on in our sleep state especially right now in the last days of the 8-8 Star Gate
Portal.
Did you astral travel somewhere interesting last night perhaps to make peace with a person? This sleep state peace making is also happening.
On August 13th Saturn ends its retrograde period. Saturn is a planet of maturity, responsibility and holds a serious tone. As Saturn turns direct we will move forward rapidly and with clarity, equipped with a step by step plan; a
contribution from all we have learned during Saturn Retrograde. The 13th may be a wobbly day for when planets move direct or retrograde there seems to be a bit of instability in the change. Saturn has been working with you to find information, spur new ideas, offer solutions to problems and now you get to implement them.
In Eight Days we have our rare third eclipse that unofficially kicks off September Eclipse Season. As I
have mentioned before some are calling this cosmic event on August 18th an Eclipse and others are not but in the cosmos the Sun, Earth and Moon will be closely aligned. Anytime we have interesting Cosmic Alignments they do affect us on Earth and create great potential for change
It is a Full Moon Eclipse in Aquarius. Emotional connections will be strong. Don't be surprised if opportunities or big changes rush in.
Eclipses shake things up and create instant shifts. Yes issues still unresolved may rise up for healing. Every block and issue that shows up is telling you where you are out alignment with your Divine Self. They may feel uncomfortable but it is supportive and good information. And for some a windfall may appear. Yes that is what I am receiving. Windfall, how awesome is that!

Released Severe Pain In My Body And Raised Energy

I immediately began to watch the video and felt my vibration and energy rise. I used the video one to two times a day and experienced a couple of things. First of all, I had been practicing visualizing that every cell in my body was light prior to receiving the video, and I noticed that after watching the video a couple of times that the light would stop at my chest. I asked my body to release whatever was stopping
the light, and instantly my entire body filled with light. Several days later, I also experienced severe pain in my left knee, bad enough that I could hardly walk. I again used the frequency video to clear the pain, and it was almost entirely gone by the next day. I have also been using the video to release pain in my right foot, which has been very effective. I am currently working in a job that is not my passion and I have found that using the video when I break for
