Life is one of your greatest conscious facilitators. Day to day situations and experiences show you what is coming up for release, what "blocks" are standing in the way, where you are still trapped in illusion, in separation from God, Source, Universe. And life will show you where you are in alignment and harmony with All That Is, living as a Divine Being of Light. Add in travel
and especially experiential travel to the mix and WOW the potential for change and transformation presents in a powerful way.
That's why I have been inspired to create opportunities for people to play in and with energies that are dramatically different from our everyday environments allowing for space for deep healing work, to engage with
like minded Soul's and have fun while doing it!
During our time in Iceland, the Land of Wild, Primal, Potent Energies not only will we hunt for the mesmerizing Northern Lights by jeep and boat, bathe in the healing waters of the iconic Blue
Lagoon, view spectacular waterfalls, geysers and volcanoes, learn about the culture and legends of the Elven and Vikings while enjoying the food, people and ways of Icelanders.....I will be conducting three Focus Sessions harnessing the energies of the land, sea and sky to stimulate change from within.
What is a Focus Session?
We will gather together three times during our Journey for deep healing inner work addressing issues, patterns, behaviors anything coming up for you during this magnificent life experience.
Cuz life and travel triggers our "stuff."
Often when engaging
in healing work we focus on the same issues over and over.
I find by addressing and working with what presents in the moment allows for deep release and instant shift.
For example let's say you join me in Iceland and the choosing triggers within a fear that no one in the group will talk to you a pattern that has roared in the past time and time again.
Worry, concern, shyness, feeling less
then may be attached.
Physical issues may present like a queasy stomach, excessive sweating, urge to isolate, loss of appetite, increased appetite, reaching for a coping strategy like over eating, drinking, spending money whatever it is that you use to soothe and zone out.
At the core may be limiting beliefs such as: I am all alone. No one likes me. I don't belong. I am not good enough etc...
All of
this heavy luggage you have been carrying around for years, decades, rises up....
