We are in full swing of Mercury Retrograde. Have you noticed that it is presenting differently then in the past?
Yes there are the typical tech glitches, computer snafus, emails missing, plans gone awry and triple checking details is important, but we seem to be moving through all of these issues much
more smoothly then ever before. Now that we have a conscious understanding that Mercury Retrograde is not an Ugh moment or hide under the covers period, rather it is a time to pause, reflect, regroup and reassess our lives so we can get on the track that will allow us to fulfill our desires.
This particular Mercury Retrograde which ends on January 25th (with a shadow period to follow) is showing us how we present ourselves to the world.

Remember you can still love yourself deeply and not like something about yourself.
Perhaps you are noticing that life would be smoother if you were less abrupt, more kind, less frazzled, more assured.
This is the time to notice, observe and begin to take steps without judgment of Self, without guilt or feeling bad but knowing that this is who you are and it is just fine and you are growing
into a grander expression of Self.
I and others talk often about Soul Truth, expressing your Soul's Truth and usually it is in the context of expressing through words how you feel and what you mean.
Owning your Soul's Truth is also being able to stand up and say: Yes I did that. Yes I messed up, I take responsibility for that situation, rather then hiding your actions.
When I was a little girl I remember breaking a
plate and hiding it under the couch thinking mom and dad would never find it.
They did of course and when asked me who broke the plate my answer was Not Me. I probably blamed one of my sisters.
Standing in our Soul's Truth is also about taking responsibility. Yes I broke the plate and yes I hid it because I was afraid you would get mad and I would be punished.
While I offer an example from a little girl's
experience take the time during this MR period to notice where you pass the buck or try to hide instead of owning your life and Self. Owning ALL of you.
You are beautiful and amazing and perfect in every way and speaking your Soul's Truth the perceived good and not so great creates authenticity and will propel you forward on your Soul's Journey of expansion.
