Please allow the indulgence of a personal story and I promise there is a take away at the end.
An old behavior/pattern of mine surfaced a few weeks back.
Unlike in the past when I would have panicked or doubted that anything had ever changed at all, I knew the powerful Cosmic Energies were triggering a deeper layer of this behavior that was ready
to release.
Sometimes when old patterns come up, ones that we have worked on over and over there is no inner work to do. Just let the energy come up and out. And sometimes yes these situations need our attention.
When I turned within to seek inner guidance I saw clearly that inner work was needed along with a conscious decision to shift once and for all.
It took a few weeks before I set aside the time to
the do the work and when it was complete, I had a realization I was being taken deeper into Self Love
YES a part of me expected that I would wake up the next day and the pattern would be completely gone.
And that didn't happen.
Have you ever had that expectation after doing inner work/energy work?
The patterning eased for a few days, came back with a
vengence and then settled back to its normal intensity.
I could have jumped to the conclusion that the inner work didn't work, but I didn't take that perspective because in consciousness I knew better. The work was good. The density had been cleared and I was being supported by new vibrations and frequencies.
But I had to choose something different.
I had to consciously say No when the
pull of that behavior came up and follow through on the No.
The difference now was that my inner world changed thanks to the inner work. Limiting beliefs had been released. Old charged memories and emotions gone. That outside influence that didn't belong to me cleared.
I was - and still am - bolstered by the right and perfect frequencies to engage in something new; a new behavior supportive of my goals, dreams and
expansion.
The conditions were set, everything was in motion but I Esther the conscious mind had to get on board with the program.
Imagine you want to take a boat trip somewhere. After humming and haaing for days you select a trip, book a ticket and show up at the ferry dock for the adventure.
Then you stood there waiting. Waiting for the sailing trip.
The boat
is ready. Ticket in hand. The sun shining. The sea coaxing you forth. All the conditions presenting for a lovely day of sailing.
But you have to make the decision to walk onto the boat and enjoy.
Just like you have to take the step that supports the energy work and your desire.
Yes You have a responsibility in your changes.
So do you get on the boat, enjoy a day of sailing and
fulfill your desire?
Or do you turn away and say Nothing works for me?
Energy work and Inner Work do work!
Engage in the process by making new choices knowing you are well supported by the energetics.
