Hello ,
The Void. It's not the first time I have written about The Void. Usually my words are in reference to that no man's land or space of change when you shift out of one vibration into another and haven't yet grounded into the new experience. In this Void we often feel unsure, uncertain, wobbly, not knowing who we are
or what we want.
This week a different kind of Void is presenting. The Void within, where we feel lack in some area of our lives and engage in often destructive, self sabatoguing behaviors to compensate and fill the Void. We eat, drink, shop, sleep, watch excessive TV, zone out on the computer, do drugs, engage in unhealthy sex practices etc.. to make us feel full and/or to forget
about what appears to be missing from our lives.
Earlier this week I wrote about the Void on Face Book and many people fessed up to dropping into a carton of ice-cream to ease the feeling of being empty. We've all done it with ice cream or other.
With much cosmic activity and the
Sun Cancer positioning we are feeling extra sensitive and aware of this Void within.
Where are you noticing it? In your solar plexus? Base Chakra? In your Heart?
And what is this Void you are feeling? The absence of love, creativity, friendship,
opportunity, fun, joy, peace, abundance?
The Void is presenting for a reason. To show you where you may still be looking to the outside world for fulfillment rather then filling up from within.
It wants to lovingly push you to the next level of
consciousness and awareness.
The Void has a message for you regarding the next step on on your Soul's Journey.
If you are experiencing the Void and find yourself reaching for something externally to make you feel full, rather then
beat yourself up over your actions, take a moment to connect with the Void.
Ask what is it's message?
What does it want to tell you?
What does it really need beyond the cupcakes, wine, trip to the casino or mall?
Begin to take steps to fill yourself with the true need.
Fill your body with
the vibration of what you truly desire.
Take inspired action steps to move into alignment with what you really want.
