Hello ,
For the first 35 years of my life I hated myself. I loathed myself.
I literally pounded my body with my fist punishing my body for how it looked or rather how I perceived it to look.
I would look in the mirror with disgust, sadness, anger, regret focusing on what I didn't like about me and what I thought should be different.
I was mean to girls who I thought were prettier then me out of jealousy.
I hid my thighs and my tummy.
Grew a mane of hair to hide my face.
Then I started to judge myself for not being able to lose weight, look better, be more attractive.
I beat myself up on the inside and on the outside.
But in truth nothing needed to change about me
The only thing that need adjustmented was my Self Love.
I had to fall in love with my Self.
Appreciate my Self.
Look at every issue in my life and with my body as a Gift.
And when I finally took those steps and began the process of Loving Self and Loving my Body as it is......Everything changed.
Today I bask in Self Love, Confidence, Peace, Joy and Harmony.
These energies show up as opportunities, abundance, love and fun.
They have influenced my career, money, creativity, relationships, health, well being and so much more.
