Hello My Beautiful Friend,
You know you are beautiful right? Just the way you are.
It took me years, well really decades to understand and grasp this piece of consciousness and even today I catch myself looking in the mirror saying to myself: Oh I need to do something about that.
The good news is any changes I make to myself and my body are now done out of LOVE and not out of self loathing, hatred,
lack of self acceptance, I am not good enough thinking.....
One of the themes of my Life Journey is Self Love, remembering that I am Love, embodying and being Love and helping others to awaken to the Love that they are.
Every year on January First during my New Years Day Meditation I sit down with my Spirit Team, Universe, connect
with the Highest Aspect of my Higher Self and ask: How am I doing in the Self Love department?
And every year they ask me: Do you want to Love yourself more? Go deeper into Self Love?
Of course I say YES and we are off an running.
This year Spirit told me that I am just scratching the surface of what Love, Self Love and Divine Love truly are. So many earthly concepts and perceptions still in the way.
And while Spirit celebrated with me for awakening in 2014 to more Self Love, The Divine asked me a question that blew me
away.
This question showed me where I am still not fully Loving Myself and my Body as it is. It was more then an Ah Ha Moment. It shook me because I had never made this conscious connection to my Self and Body before. I will ask you this question and many more during our upcoming Love Your Self Love Your Body
