Yesterday Mercury
turned Retrograde until February 11st and we all felt the cosmic shift on some level.
For most there was a slowing down affect. We just couldn't get out of bed, needed a nap, or felt like we were moving through sludge for most of the day.
Or maybe you experienced some irritation. We often feel
that way when planets are shifting and changing in the sky.
And yes others felt Mercury The God and Planet of Communication delivering important messages and intuitive flashes.
However you experienced the shift into Mercury Retrograde here's the scoop on how to nagivate these cosmic waters and

Yes we will address the issue of our Vaginas and Penises.
Why? Because they want to be happy and fulfilled just like we
do.
Perhaps there was a time when you were having fun with your Vagina or Penis and someone "caught" you in joy. Their imagine, tone, stance, words made you feel that you were bad or doing something bad when really you and your body with having fun and loving one another other.
Or perhaps the
person you were having sex with made you feel that way.
In that moment you made a decision that you weren't going to have fun with your Vagina or Penis anymore or if you did, it would be limited, on the sly, or attach to it a "dirty" energy.
Is that love? Is that Self Love? Is that
Love of the Body?
No!
That's Self and Body denial and rejection.
Maybe this Self/Body rejection is showing up in your life now as shame, issues with sexual performance, bedroom
anxiety, menstrual problems, erection problems, displeasure with sex leading to relationship dilemmas.
Perhaps you are putting your health at risk to remedy an unhappy Vagina or Penis.
Is that Self and Body Love?
