participating in life.

A method for giving you a break from the core issue.
Temporarily gives you relief from the frustration, overwhelm, judgment of the problem.
It’s your way of saying, “I don’t know how to deal with this and I don’t like it so I am
going to ______ to feel better and/or forget about it.”
