Since I first announced this class I have been
receiving emails and Face-Book messages from people who really resonated with the perspective that an Addiction is the Energy that you escape to when you don't want to deal with life.
So I thought we would talk about this low level energy a bit more before class starts and I would love you to join in on the conversation.
The call will be infused with Energy Work and I will facilitate a Body Process.
Our beautiful bodies take such a hit when we engage in Addiction Energy.
The Energy Process will help to soothe
and love the Body while we break free from the density of our behaviors and patternings.
When we use Addiction behaviors to escape life and our core issues, these low frequencies ground into our body effecting us on all levels and layers.
In addition many people use Addiction behaviors to
ground themselves when their vibration starts to rise.
I can't tell you how many times in the past, especially around The Shift of 12-12-12 I turned to food to slow down my Ascension even though I was on the path Ascension.
My body would vibrate at higher frequencies and it felt so unusual
that my choice was to eat to ground. Once I caught on to this pattern and the motivation behind it I stopped the behavior immediately.
