Did you feel the vibes?
Monday's energy download was far more grander then anyone expected and it was juicy. My Face-Book feed was abuzz with people wired on the love energy, cleaning cupboards and making moves.
There were also people challenged by the energy.
Early in the afternoon I received an SOS call from a client who was having a particularly hard time.
"Where is my love, good fortune and peace?" she asked. We jumped into session only to discover that the high frequencies were there waiting for her but inner clutter was in the way.
You see she has been stalling on releasing guilt, shame and anger buried deep inside.
She admitted that while the messages were present and she was being nudged to turn inward and let go the opposite
was happening. It was easier to tuck all of those emotions into a pocket deep in her gut.
Not only was she having a tough time emotionally, her stomach ached.
You see when an energy wave of yumminess comes along it needs a place to land. That means clearing and releasing limitations; the beliefs, patterns, paradigms which no longer fit or
feel right.
It's like cleaning closets. You can keep stuffing clothes, shoes and purses in your wardrobe thinking I will sort through it later. But one day when you come home with a pretty new dress, styling new suit or that fab pair of shoes, you find there is no more room in the closet.
That new dress doesn't want to be shoved into the cupboard and get lost in the mess. It needs and
wants space. It needs you to clean out the closet, get rid of the ratty, outdated clothes and make room for the new.
Same principle applies in our inner world. Want more joy? Clear out the sad. Seeking more peace? Release the drama energy.
Make room for these high vibrations and life begins to move along with more ease lifting you up, up, up.
My client also felt all alone in her journey. So during the session we connected her to one of her Spirit Guides for guidance, advice and well frankly company. She was thrilled to meet Celeste and was excited to start building a relationship.
